Senior Vice President/Investments
My interest in finance began many years ago as I watched my father, a novice and unsophisticated investor, get sold on unsuitable investment products and seeing the emotional and financial impact that had on my family. I made a promise to become educated on investments and to help others make intelligent and informed decisions regarding their financial future.
After seeing what happened to my dad, I realized the importance of putting my clients’ – individual, institutional, and corporate retirement plans alike – interests first above all else.
I am active in the community, serving on the board of directors for St. Joseph’s Helpers, an organization helping families and individuals in need, especially the elderly, veterans, and people with disabilities, stay in their own homes and remain independent. Formerly, I served on the Crittenton Hospital Planned Giving board and for the Bank One Trust Company, N.A. I am a member of the Financial and Estate Planning Council of Metro Detroit, Inc. and the Investment Wealth Institute. Additionally, I volunteer with Junior Achievement to teach financial literacy.
